Called them expecting the service I have heard about on the radio ad's but WOW, nothing but thieves!!!
AC stopped working at elderly mom's house in Margate, had a tech arrive (late) the next day. He explained that the motor has burned out and we would need to replace the entire AC unit!! We were in shock! It was about ten years old? Well, we called Comfort Zone AC for a second opinion and the owner Chris came out early the next morning. He said that a FUSE popped and shut down the motor to the unit! He replaced the fuse and the AC has been cooling for days now without issue!! REALLY HORRIBLE! Mike Lang you should be ashamed of what you have going on over there!!!
