        Beware of this company. They charged me $670.00 for fixing my first floor a/c which has an error. Next day the a/c stopped working and it had the same error. They send the tech and he couldnt fix it. To my surprise I received another invoice for $540 and on the invoice it says tech checked the 2nd floor a/c which he never touched. It was the same first floor a/c which was not working. I would be more than happy if i can save one customer from going to this company and wasting their money. Service: A/C system repair

      Mr. Armenteros was called to reschedule the appointment. At that time he told us to cancel his appointment. He had already gotten an estimate from someone else.

      Our technicians did work on both units. The problem was diagnosed and the technician went to get the part so the customer would have a working A/C. The next day we were called back for the 2nd floor unit not cooling. The breaker was tripped. The unit was reset and was working well. The technician was advised by Trane technical support to replace a low pressure switch. We told the customer we would return the next day to install the new switch but when we called them they said they had someone else come in do that.The customer was advised to change their filters which they said they would do themselves. I am sorry that the customer was not happy with our service.
