        We recently purchased 24 - 25 Ton commercial HVAC units. 1 of our units have been down for over 8 months because we are unable to get a new smoke detector for the units. When asked about alternatives, we are informed that it will void the warranty. When I spoke to the technician, he stated he has been waiting on several of these units. Why would I purchase a unit to sit idle while you disregard me as a customer. I would highly recommend not using Carrier units as the company could care less once it's installed on your building.
