Found All American Refinishing Inc while looking to reglaze a 1952 Kohler original blue bathtub They had a technician come out and complete the job and was told not to touch it for at least 3 days, but in looking at it several days later, I saw grit and hair within the paint job, and the nicks that we had identified were not filled in. The technician came back, with the attitude that I must of sabotaged the paint job, but then he re-sanded it and filled in the nicks, but did it in a hurry since I told him I had an appointment at 5 that day. Next day, in looking at the tub, I saw that the putty had not dried and now, had discolored the paint Called and texted to no response main number and technician, and by this time, I was feeling frustrated that not only had they done a sloppy job, but any defects, was being blamed on me. At my last resort, I wrote a Google review with pictures showing the job at hand. And that is when I met Alex, the regional manager for Florida. In reading my review, he called me directly, promised me quick results with specific time frames and call backs. The technician came out for the 3rd time and was able to repaint over the discolored splotches. I came to trust Alex in getting this fixed and he restored my faith in his company. I do not like to send out bad reviews, but knowing that someone like Alex reads them, made me glad that I was able to vent. I did delete the bad review and am reposting a good one! I wish I would have read the previous reviews before having All American glaze our bathroom. What a scam. Similar to previous reviews, the glaze starting peeling away within a couple of months. When I called to ask All American to come back out to fix the issue, but got the run around for months. When they finally did come out, they "didn't have the right supplies" to address the peeling. I don't expect the glazing to be perfect but I can't stand dishonest people. We have literally been begging for warranty service for 6 months. Do yourself a favor pick another company.
