We saw Avani Home Remodeling at the Fort Lauderdale Home Show (September 2023) and met Javier Ortiz. It been a pleasure working with Javier on our kitchen/bathroom remodel. Hes cooperative, knowledgeable, easy to work with, flexible and has great ideas. He is solution oriented and gets the job done.

UPDATE 7 Months after we transferred Javier Ortiz the money, we still have NOT received our floors and no money back!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM!! FRAUD THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT DELIVER THE SERVICE OR MATERIAL. My husband and I went to a home show in Fort Lauderdale on September 2nd and we met one of the Avanni representatives of the company, who seems to be also one of the owners, his name is Javier Ortiz, at the beginning he was attentive, and trying to help with all the details, he told us that the work and material will be delivered on time, as we were moving to our new house in Ocala and they were supposed to deliver and install the floors before we move in by the end of September. After this, we made the deposit, and he responded to our messages, then suddenly Ortiz stated he did not have anyone to deliver or do the work in Ocala and later he didn't respond to our messages anymore, he disappears and it's almost 2 months with no material, service or money. Two weeks ago a delivery guy contacted us saying that Javier Ortiz is out of the country and he had the material to be delivered, when he sent the specifications they were the wrong ones. So we asked him if we needed to speak with someone from the company or give our money back, It went to a point of desperation that we told them to just send the material that they have, and we haven't received any response until today. Please DO NOT COMMIT THE SAME MISTAKE, this is not a serious or trusted company. At this point, we will proceed with legal action.

Javier and his staff were very impressive, very professional, and willing to help, from the beginning to the end of my project, everything was done according to plan, we've got what we want it and more. Great people, great company and great results, I will definitely use Avani home remodeling again 100%, highly recommended.
