      • A ShockToSeeU

        T-mobile need to fix their system. I've paid my phone bill for years. Never should I have to deal with simcard hackers for a whole 4years. I should be reimbursed for my lack of privacy. 55usd a month only to have people use my number for fraudulent activities.

        The dumbest Metro people I've ever seen in 20 years as a customer and not only that he could not fix the problem and he was extremely rude to me and I'm considering changing services as soon as possible

        Shakim was extremely professional, they called and answered the phone both times. Went way above and beyond acted the same way the owner of the shop would. He should get a raise!
