        I went to get some help for my internet modem. It was quite crowded. Tory was extremely calm and directed everyone with professionalism and patience. If this man is not a manager he needs to be. The person helping me had many questions for Tory and he managed to balance his interactions with his customer and the team very well. He reminded the team of small details occasionally, which I thought was very helpful. Great work Tory. And thank you for help!

        I came in the store desperate for help with my phone and found out the issue was not caused by T-Mobile. However, Jahvonny troubleshooted my phone and fixed the issue and gave me advice for future issues regarding my iMessages and iCloud. I'm very satisfied with my experience at this store.
