        I was told I couldnt trade in my phone for the promotion at this location because I didnt do the sale with them. Is this not AT&T a company as a whole? Authorized retail or not they can do it they just didnt want to because they werent making money off me. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone. Terrible customer service from the assistant manager
