Impressive! Forget Asurion, because Phixey knows how to deliver a seamless and delightful experience! To be honest, I had my doubts about switching to another insurance company for my phone after using Asurion for years. However, Phixey's exceptional communication and prompt responses surpass any other company in the industry. I wholeheartedly endorse this company and encourage them to continue their outstanding work!

I was initially skeptical that Phixey would or could replace my broken screen for only the $20 policy payment and no additional fee... But they did. They secured the repair shop, ordered the new screen and sent me a text to contact the shop for an appointment. The next day, I had the screen replaced and the phone was as good as new. The shop owner and his staff were amazed what Phixey provided and they themselves were going to reach out and get their personal phones covered as well as spreading the word to their clients. I could not be happier with the service from Phixey and the follow up texting from my agent. I will be purchasing policies for the remaining phones we have on our plan. I understand I get a discount for multiple phones. I'll be testing that theory also. I Highly Recommend Phixey to anyone who has a smart phone, tablet or smart watch. Every day without it is risking paying a huge bill to repair it...
