California Closets - Ft. Lauderdale

Our home office is beautiful. My husbands physical limitations required the design to be accommodating to his needs and it is. We are very pleased. Lovely to look at with good functionality. Two day installation so minimum confusion and mess. Very pleased - again. California Closets is my go to for good product, ease of installation and wonderful result.

I live in another state and I made a specific amount of time for my installation for my second home. It was not complete in the 8 days I was there. They could not work with my time there and were not apologetic at all. Basically had to put me on the back burner for other jobs. I had four closets done so it wasnt a small job. The quality is very nice. I had a better experience in nj.

Had an appointment for a designer come to our house for a first consultation fairly quickly, Natalie was on time and clearly had experience with measurements and drawings. My issue was her attitude. Telling my husband to tell me the things she was saying to me when I was right in front of her and calling me babe when answering one of my few questions that she wasnt happy with were enough for me to know that I wasnt going to proceed with this company. I guess for you to have great reviews mean that not all your designers are rude.
