I really appreciated Built By Owner because I could completely trust them. They did an excellent job, while remodeling my kitchen. They took excellent care of my house (even when we weren't home); they were meticulously attentive to every detail; they were timely, polite and very easy to reach. Their open-book policy regarding invoices and charges really made the process so easy and quickly answered all my questions. The kitchen is beautiful, incredibly functional, and perfectly catered to my needs. Built By Owner and their subcontractors were extremely professional & skilled, and treated me like a friend who they were looking out for. I will gladly use them again and recommend them highly.

I’ve had the luxury of working with Built By Owner in a professional capacity since 2007 and cannot begin to rave enough about their work and professionalism. I was also fortunate enough to have them remodel a bathroom at my own home in and we get massive compliments on it! I’m a professional photographer specializing in Architectural/Interior Design Photography and I see beautiful homes all the time; however the homes and condos that Built By Owner constructs are without a doubt some of the best I’ve ever seen. I think the thing that really sets Built By Owner apart from other GC’s and high-end builders is their commitment to superior client service. I have witnessed them go out of their way to help clients with things far outside of their scope of work. I’ve heard clients and Interior Designers praise them on every job I’ve worked on, and beyond that, I get endless compliments on all of the gorgeous Built By Owner residences that I have photographed. They are the real deal: honest, detail-oriented and good-hearted people who take exceptional pride in their work. I recommend them hands-down for any and all high-end remodeling projects and for superior, creative design-build needs in South Florida!
