Dentistry at Serenity Cove

Deisy, Juan and their entire staff are amazing, theyre friendly knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. I love that its a family business and how you can tell that Dr. Deisy absolutely loves what she does. My wife and I have been going to her for years and I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist or even just a second opinion on a procedure.

I recently had an appointment at this dentist and unfortunately, the experience left me quite dissatisfied. Initially, I was told that I had to pay $50 to set up an appointment just to be seen. When I arrive the secretary informed me that the doctor had rushed out due to a medical emergency related to her pregnancy, and we needed to reschedule. However, when I informed him that I already had a treatment all I needed was information on a crown the doctor miraculously no longer had an emergency and she saw me for 25 min. Honesty is crucial in any professional setting, especially when it comes to healthcare. I would appreciate clearer communication in the future, as this experience has left me feeling misled. It's essential for patients to trust the information provided by their healthcare providers.

This was by far the best experience at the dentist Ive had and usually I dread it. On top of the wonderful amenities and staff, Dr. Deisy was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions simply. She was very thorough and advised me on all my needs, in a way that no dentist has been able to do. Additionally, she pointed out a nose/breathing issue that has been bothering me for a while, that I was actually just about to see a doctor about. (Just to mention, multiple doctors before were not even able to recognize this.) She is much more than a dentist and Serenity is perfect!

Dentistry at Serenity Cove , Where do I start- I have been coming here since they opened! I dont like dental offices because every doctor who goes to work in my mouth, either isnt gentle enough or would say something extra! But Dr. Deisy is kind, gentle and caring with every word or hand stroke she has to make or say. The ambiance here is very warm and welcoming, its a spa but for the mouth. You will literally fall asleep while they either cleaning your teeth or fixing something in your mouth! Anyone who needs a dentist this is your place to go!! My husband, father, grandmother and now mother goes here, she is that great. Juan along with the staff is warming and welcoming every time. Keep it up everyone!!
