My sister had a leaking roof, causing damage to her ceiling tiles. Explained the situation to Adrian, took a couple pictures and he was able to give us a quote for the removal of the tiles. I thought the price was fair, he was on time, and he completed the job in the time he said he would. When the roof is fixed, he's coming back to install the new ceiling. All done by phone 1500 miles apart. Now, just waiting for the roof to be fixed. Two months later, the roof was replaced. Adrian came back, installed new tiles and replaced 2 broken recessed lights. He also moved the furniture back to where it was originally. the room looks great, and everyone can enjoy the room now. Services: Home maintenance & repairs, General repairs

Adrian installed an attic opening in my garage ceiling, and framed it out with a plywood cover. He also installed attic flooring afterwards. His rates are reasonable, and he is very efficient with his time to complete the job. Adrian did an excellent job, and I will be using him for all the repair work around my house.
