The rooms were large and clean. The staff at the pool bar were some what friendly but seemed to spend alot of time on their phones with there backs to the bar so it would take awhile for them to notice you to get any service. The food was good that we got and seemed to come out relatively fast. The area is right next to the brightline station but there is a large homeless population on the streets near by. Driving up to the hotel a lady had her pants down and was going to the bathroom on the sidewalk in middle of day right near the parking for hotel. The breakfast was good and the staff that were working were very friendly and helpful.

Everything is good, but parking in the garage is atrocious. Corners are extremely tight, and you have to pay $30 a night while possibly not getting a spot if you come in late. Then, you'll have to park in the lot across the street that's free from 11pm-7am, but you have to move it at 7. Very inconvenient. Breakfast was as good as you can get so no complaints there. It works!

Let me begin by saying the staff was very accommodating and polite to us. However, the room had major issues. We were in a handicap accessible room because it was the only one available. We did not mind that at all. We had to request the shade be fixed twice because it kept getting off track. Having a shade that would not close properly did not feel comfortable. Also, the bathroom door handle was hanging off of its hinges. The first guy couldn't fix it but the second one did a temporary fix. Also, it had no lock. It was completely missing so the door would not stay closed completely. The people were nice, but the room was subpar. I expected better of a Hilton Honors hotel.

I arrived with my children for spring break, the manager Norma was exceptional, the breakfast staff were very attentive, thank you very much until next time.
Rooms: Very clean
Safety: Very safe
