This was my first time ever staying at a DoubleTree. I had to add this. I have traveled domestic and abroad many times and the level of service at this hotel was substandard. After we made our complaint the reply we received from their customer service representative was an insult. Let me explain. We took a chance staying at a Hilton affiliate, The DoubleTree Gallery One because it was part of the Hilton brand. Surprise, Surprise, Oh my God, because this establishment is part of the Hilton brand. A brand that is known for luxury, upscale amenities, high end quality, cleanliness and very high standards in customer service. I was very shocked as to how dated this hotel is. I have stayed at many hotels, mostly with Hilton and it's associated brands. Mainly because I love the high quality amenities as well as the cleanliness of their hotels. Plus, customer service has always been top notch for us so I don't mind paying the high prices for good service and quality. This is by far the worst hotel room I've ever stayed in. This room is so dated and it looks as though they went the cheap route just to spruce it up. I'm going to leave you with some pictures so you can see. Also, the whole 11th floor smells like we're on a smoking floor. We were so disappointed, I went downstairs and to inform the front desk that I will stay the night but I want to cancel the rest of my stay and I will contact Hilton Corporate in the morning to make a complaint and other possibly seek other accommodations.

Hi everyone I just wanted to say Ive stayed at this hotel three times. All 3 time Rodrigo has been by far the absolute best Bartender verse any of the other as Ive been multiple days. He remembers , hes quick and he leaves ice in the outside water
Jug unlike the lady bartender who you ask for water and she points to the warm jug saying waters over there. Rodrigo goes above and beyond every single time he works whether its conversation, advice or just giving you a cold drink with a cup of ice knowing 80 degrees makes your drink warm fast! Rodrigo is the nicest , most caring and fastest bartender that the gallery one has! And he deserves all the praise.

I loved this hotel. Nice pool area, rooms are spacious and clean, walking 6 mi distance to the beach and to restaurants . There is no free breakfast but we got a room with a little kitchenette area so that wasnt a problem at all. There is no parking spots, Only valet parking which is $50 per night.
Ho to peruvian restaurant next to the beach for bao buns! Best i ever ate!
