This is my second time staying at this hotel.It is connected to a home 2 suite. The first time I stayed at home 2 suite. Had no issues. This time i stayed at tru and i was so shocked by how dirty my room was. When i first arrived they were out of parking passes so they told me they would have to buzz me in each time, the staff also
Wore hoodies which I found to be unprofessional and strange even though it was branded. The staff was nice though and friendly. Breakfast options really werent limited. The room though just gross. Photos attached. For reference I am a gold member i travel often. I know when a room hasnt been cleaned .

Friendly efficient staff. Decent breakfast. Expensive parking for guests who already pay you.

Great location. Very convenient. Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Very clean.
Rooms: Very clean
Nearby activities: Close to shops, and beach strip
Safety: There is a garage, with overnight security watching the place.
Walkability: Close to a lot of other amenities. Bar, gas station, beach, etc.
Food & drinks: There is a great, convenient bar on property.

Close to airport and cruise terminal. Staff pleasant and helpful . Upstairs pool and bar area nice.$30. Parking fee was a surprise. Did include breakfast. Rooms modern but small with WiFi. Shuttle stops at hotel with $15. Per person fee.
