You applied for a refinance loan using someone's else name and social security number and tried to pull $200,000 from a home you do not own in order to funnel the $200,000 to a Delaware based company owned by you. You communicated with me via WhatsApp. When I asked you for documents to validate the identity of the applicant and home ownership, which included a copy of a passport, bank statements and some other documents, you stalled me for days. You insisted on closing this loan in Brazil with a local Brazilian notary and outside a US Embassy, as it is the norm when closing outside the US. Most lenders require foreign closings in a US Embassy for assurances and protection knowing that an American Notary will be vouching for having identified the person signing the documents. You said that if the loan could not close outside a US Embassy you were not interested in closing. Eventually once you realized that I would not move forward without supporting papers from the real owner of the home, you said you were too busy and did not have the time to send the documents. I answered your last WhatsApp message by saying 'I cannot process loan applications without the requested documents'. This was literally my whole response. You then snapped and posted this false and defamatory review.During the past 18 months I financed your parents on three different occasions. We closed these loans timely and without any issues. At the time you posted a 5 star review here which you have now deleted. Your review read: "Very experienced. Handles tough cases and fully executes them. Won't take a case unless he can close”. Freddy, you seem to have confused though cases with fraudulent cases. I do not do fraud and never will.Mortgage fraud is reported to and investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and is punishable by up to 30 years in federal prison, a $1,000,000 fine, or both.
