As a first time homeowner, I have to say that Thomas Miller did an EXCELLENT job during this process. He worked so hard for me to be able to purchase my first home. He is very smart, intelligent and wise. Thomas was very attentive of making sure that everything that was needed, was provided so that everything went smoothly, especially for closing. He is someone that is patient, kind and understanding, which helps so much! He got me the best rate and definitely went above and beyond to help close the deal. I believe it is very important to have someone you're comfortable working with to help you with your first home or all your homes. So if you are looking for someone that knows what they are doing, that is polite and someone that doesn't feel like is forcing you to make the decision then I HIGHLY recommend Thomas! Thank God for Thomas. If it wasnt for him I would still be renting. Thomas made everything easy for me especially the fact that I am a first time home buyer who knows little info on what to do thru out the home buying process. Thomas would advise me what is needed, I send it to him and he would take care of the rest, which was super helpful when you are working full time and have a family. He is someone you can depend on to make sure everything was done and as fast as possible. You can trust that if you hire him he will go above and beyond for you. Was able to get me the best rate going on in the market too. I was able to close on my condo & HELOC in the 30 days.
