Rather than writing a review, I want to share a text I sent to David because this is truly how I feel about him. He doesnt quit and will find a way to get you to the closing table. (It was not an easy, straightforward task to help me.) More importantly, he made sure I was comfortable with my monthly payments. He guided me the entire way. I guess this turned into a review. Purchasing a home can be a daunting milestone, but purchasing your first home that you're renting without a Realtor's help...like ice skating up a hill. We were referred to David by a friend and in the end, we were so thankful. I honestly believe if it wasn't for David, this wouldn't have happened. He was more than just a "loan guy" to us. David provided us with insight into the process, gave us his guidance and opinion when we needed. He made himself available at all times. David truly went above and beyond, his team was also very helpful. I would absolutely recommended David and his team to anyone looking to purchase a home or just looking to start the process. You will not be disappointed.

Cornerstone Lending is a rare company. David Sheir is a man of integrity, fairness & kindness. Although there were a few kinks in the process, he, Jay & Tricia (& the rest of the Team) got me to my dream of home ownership & at a great rate, no less! The entire Team was incredibly understanding, helpful & professional. They are all highly experienced professionals who will do everything possible to make the purchase of a home as painless as possible. I'm thankful for the referral from a friend that led me to this great company & wonderful people!
