I am not one that usually does reviews but this team deserves all the stars. Set up team was helpful and communicative. Delivery team was efficient, smart and were truly gentle giants. My anxiety was through the roof before they arrived but they put me at ease and made the day go smoothly. One of the best customer service experiences all around for South Florida. Night and day from my last mover experience. Will never use another.

I have moved several times and I would only trust Gentle Giant with this often very stressful process. Everyone from the coordinator who sets up your logistics, to the team that actually helps you physically move, is fantastic. Moving is hard, working with Gentle Giant makes things so much easier and stress-free.
