Very disappointing experience. Marc was very responsive up until he accepted my payment then he went MIA. I spent ONE MONTH calling his office non stop trying to find out what was going on with my case and the answer from the receptionist was always hes not in the office. The office manager will call you No one ever called me. At this point I started to feel like I was scammed. I heard from Marc a month later in which he told me he was on vacation. Which is perfectly fine but a heads up would have been great. When I asked for a copy of the demand letter I requested a month prior, it was ridiculous the amount of errors on it. Wasted my money using this company. Everyone was extremely unprofessional and I would never call him again for anything.
