Somehow they got my number. Called me 4 times in the span of two minutes and are texting me when Ive requested nothing from these people. Stop harassing people with cold calls.

WISH THEY HAD A NEGATIVE SCALE RATING!!! The worst decision we ever made was to use FHIA!!! They replaced our bathtub. Then came the creaking noises at the edge of the tub as well as in the middle of it. They were quick to blame the sub-flooring & said we had a 300lb tub which put pressure on the sub-flooring, their tub is much lighter that's why we are having the noises!!! Completely ridiculous ...300lb tub, really!!! Guess it was too expensive to re-do the work to fix the noises. They wanted to rip open our kitchen roof to fix the bathroom floor ...ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! They went as far as suggesting getting our homeowners insurance involved, told them "They weren't involved in the beginning of the job, so why involve them at the end because of your faulty workmanship?" They went as far as saying they have company lawyers that can stretch the case out which could be expensive for us!!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!!! IT WAS AN EXPEN$IVE EXPERIENCE!!!

Installation was great for my windows and doors, but after a year the corner bead split on my sliding door due to the weight for the new door, after awhile they came out stating they will repair it and have not heard from them since, calling them I get the run around and answering machines will not do business with them again.
