First the good: service was excellent and drinks were well made and excellent. Valet was courteous. Snapper Fra Diovolo was pretty good. Now the not so good: the ambiance. The music and the accompanying ad lib saxophonist was definitely not background music. It was too loud and made for intermittently interrupted conversation at the table. I got the Snapper Fra Diovolo, it was pretty good. The shrimp seemed to be frozen not fresh, but the dish was very good. My wife got the Grilled Cherry Pepper Chicken. To our server's credit she did warn my wife it is very spicy. But it was overwhelmingly so. Whatever flavor was embedded in it was totally overwhelmed by the spice. She did send it back and asked them to tone it down, then got a plain piece of chicken with accompaniments. There should be a way to allow the flavor to come through by toning down the spice. Also, Andy's used to have a nice chicken dip sandwich...that's gone. Their only sandwiches are two different burgers. The tres leche bread pudding was "meh." This was our 5th time at Andy's...the first 4 of which were all excellent. This latest, not so much.
