        Richard Adams Roofing came right away when other companies cancelled on me. I called and he promised to squeeze me in that day. Not only did he come that day but he figured out the problem which was difficult to diagnose. The next day they started the roof and fixed the problem. Service: Roof repair

        Richard is a scam artist. Not only did he refuse to return our $1200 deposit after promising to do so but he sent us an invoice for the balance but had done no work at all! This company does not even deserve one star Fran B

      I don’t usually respond to these reviews, but I can’t resist this one. It is a total misrepresentation of the facts. The deposit was returned within 30 days of the agreement to return the deposit. The invoice was sent to the customer when the deposit was paid to reflect the remaining balance after the deposit was applied. Further, after a phone conversation with the customer concerning delays in the permitting process. I suggested that she may be happier with someone else and offered to return the deposit and terminate the agreement.
