Sean and his company are incredible to work with. I had an insurance non-renewal because of some issues with my flat roof. He was patient and walked me through the process while I was working with my insurance agent and homeowners association to determine a feasible/allowable plan. Sean took my feedback multiple times and crafted a solution that satisfied my insurance and homeowners association. And the "icing on the cake" was the quickness and efficiency of his team. Within a week of me confirming the work needed to be done Sean had his team out and had the work completed with a roof certification completed. My insurance has been renewed due to this. I am grateful for their services and would highly reccomend Sean and his company for any of your roofing needs.

I am very pleased with this company. Sean responded to my inquiry within 15 min. Even though it was after 8pm, Sean asked me to send over some documents and was able to provide a quote within the hour. His team showed up bright and early the next day and finished the work in a few hours. Before reaching out to Affordable Roofing and Repairs, I was worried I would need to fully replace my roof. They assured me and provided me a new roof certification after the work was done!
