Hotwire Communications

So far not so good. The condo just change providers and hot wire needed access to my unit to hook up. So they come they saw they did nothing. It's appears they wires have no signal and they didn't know why Hot wire called me to let them in I drive 2 1/2 hrs to get here for them to do nothing. Should they know there no signal before they make appointment to install. They are very disappointing . Doesn't my time matter. I looked them up on yelp Don't know why we switched.

Just switched to Hotwire communication from Spectrum. The technicians and the customer service Rep (Chancelour Lowe ) was very respectful and helpful. Great to have good service.

Im stuck with your services because my HOA was trying to save a few bucks. From the day your company laid the fiber optics ruining my landscaping to only offering service Monday through Friday 9 to 5 when most are working themselves. The experience has been mediocre at best. Ive attached a picture of the install job that is against my off white walls in my living room. I took off work today to have a cable box installed in my master bedroom. The appointment was set between 8 AM and 10 AM. I received two calls from separate agents from your company between the hours of 8 AM and 830 stating the appointment cannot be met. I requested a supervisor please call me. I also made two follow-up calls requesting that a supervisor please reach out to me. Its now 10:25 AM. Ive heard nothing. You must know how dissatisfied Someone must be to take time to put in writing their complaint. Im really not interested in any response that you may have as this poor experience speaks volumes. Perhaps its time to do an inventory Starting with the executive staff, but youre a billion company, thats none of my business.
