Must Air USA

I have been using Must Air USA for a couple of years. The service has been great and keeping my a/c unit running smoothly. I would highly recommend Must Air USA for maintenance of your a/c unit.

NO SHOW! NO FOLLOW UP! COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME! No show on first appointment....waited hours for nothing. After calling twice they apologized and set new appointment.....they called after I waited hours more to advise they would not be able to come. Asked me to schedule third appointment. After waiting again on the third appointment they called at the time they were expected to arrive only to advise they'd be there many hours later. Technician finally came and he said they would call with estimate later that day....but nothing! No call no email. I called the company three times to find out when the estimate was coming and three times they promised it would be sent by the end of the day. 8 days later ...still NOTHING! 9 DAYS WASTED ON THIS COMPANY'S AGGREGIOUS UNPROFESSIONALISM. AT THIS POINT AFTER 9 DAYS OF THE COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY TO HANDLE ANY BUSINESS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE! UPDATE! THE OWNER FALSELY CLAIMS MY REVIEW IS SPAM! ABSOLUTELY NOT SPAM! THIS IS A SHODDY COMPANY THAT DOES NOT SHOW UP AND THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THROUGH! I STAND BEHIND MY REVIEW TO WARM OTHERS TO AVOID!

One of the best services I received in years. I been having my properties serviced by this other company for yearss. I was finally sick of always having an issue every month. I called and when one of their techs came, he was so helpful and nice. He explained everything to me and I felt great. Not like the other company so, I asked them to service multiple of my properties and they did amazing work. I highly recommend. Everyone there is helpful from the being on the phone and making your appointment as well as the service techs that come out. This is such an amazing company. I highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else.
