We were told to wait 3 hours once we showed up for a waitlist. My group decided to wait, so we did something else and then came back on time when we received the text message. They give us 10 minutes to show up or else it will cancel. We showed up and they said we were late even though we were on time and I even proved it by showing the text. We then had to wait 30 extra minutes because of their sloppy mistake. Ridiculous. And once they were ready for us to play instead or telling us like normal civil employee. They text my phone again saying its ready rather than calling me up when were in the waiting room. Such ridiculous un humane treatment. No personality, terrible service, bad atmosphere. Also alcohol drinks where a scam my group had 4 drinks and it had zero kick
