        I lived in this complex for about 18 months. They charge you $150.00 non refundable for an interview meeting which I understand. They also require a $500.00 refundable deposit in case you damage any of the common areas, which I gave them in a bank cashier's check. I used the swimming pool one time and did not damage anything. I have made several attempts to inquire about my deposit and get no response. I am in process of filing a suit in Broward County Small Claims Court. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone.

        The worst Comunity , manager etc. Not recommend at all In building 1 very often both elevators are not working, dirty, laundry room dirty always , washing machine are bad . Nope do not buy or rent you will regret
