        I love the things they carry. The couches are stunning. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of the things, if not most are customizable which was perfect for my order. Thank you

        I ordered a table and chairs from Bo concept gulfstream, and I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received. Not only has my order been delayed beyond the promised delivery date, but my attempts to contact customer service have gone unanswered. I've left multiple messages and emails, but there's been no response or even a courtesy call back. It's frustrating to experience such poor communication and service from a business. I genuinely hope others don't face the same issues. I was expecting a smoother transaction, especially considering the importance of trust In person shopping. Please make yourself a favor and dont buy from them.
