Ive worked with Gio on multiple occasions. Ive purchased homes and even refinanced with him. I found out about him through a friend, and it took only minutes to find out why they call him the Mortgage King. I came to him with literally zero knowledge on home purchasing. He is extremely informative and his customer service is top tier. Everything I know now about the process or purchasing, is all because of him. If i could give 10 stars, i would.

This is my second time buying a house with Gio and Im really glad I did. I have talked to other lenders but no one can compare to Gio. Im a very intense person and a perfectionist but no matter how annoying I was being Gio always took the time to answer me. We were able to close in just 3 weeks and I cant wait to work with him again in the future!

What can I say, working with Giovanny, AKA the mortgage King, and his team, has been the BEST experience I have ever had. I cant tell you how grateful I am for the work he does and the dedication he gives not only the clients we have worked together with purchasing a home but the peace of mind he gives me as a real estate agent. I know that I can count on him to be fully transparent, give realistic expectations and most of all get the job done. He is extremely thorough with clients when they undergo the initial pre-approval process and explains everything that is happening throughout the transaction to our clients. One thing that I truly appreciate is the open communication, Gio will never leave you hanging and always answers.
