Disappointed with my visit to this Russian salon. Staff was unfriendly and rude, the service didn't match the high price you pay for. Hoping for better customer service in the future and less rude replies from the staff there. I appreciate your response. I can confirm that I did visit the salon and my experience was not as expected. Please understand that for privacy reasons, I used a different name in my review. However, the feedback is genuine and reflects my experience. I believe honest feedback helps businesses improve. I hope my concerns are considered for future enhancements in your customer service.

This will be my third time going to Iryna for my nail care. Im very happy with my services. Shes very professional, on time, polite and accommodating. The booking site is very user friendly. But book quickly and ahead of time. Weekends appointments are filled fast! Thank you Iryna!
