Definitely the best salon in town! Fast and quality service + incredible atmosphere. This place turns a manicure procedure into a real relaxation. It has always been a huge problem for me to find a specialist for my nails, but from my first visit to Victoria this problem was solved. Convenient service in 6 hands: manicure, pedicure, eyelashes, eyebrows! And, what is very important, during the procedure with 4-6 hands, the manicurist makes hands in turn on both sides!
