We rented an apartment for a year, this company is very professional and honest. Each stage was quick and easy for us. 1. As soon as we arrived to look at the apartment, we immediately realized that we liked everything. The apartment had a lock code and we arrived at a convenient time and looked at it. Then we called the sales department and Kim from the company agreed to arrange everything for us in the near future. 2. The approval of the apartment took place within 20-30 minutes, during which time Kim showed all the equipment, how everything works, and handed over the keys. 3. The apartment was freshly renovated and all the equipment and all things were either like new or brand new. 4. During our stay, we only had a problem with the tap in the bathroom; the hot water did not turn off, but Kim immediately called a plumber and in one day they changed the entire system to a new one. 5. The garbage was taken out regularly, the laundry broke down once during the year, but in just a couple of days the managers of kb realty replaced both the drying and washing machine, and we also had our own parking space. 6. Check-out was also convenient and fast, we took out all our things, took a video and the deposit was immediately returned to us. My husband and I highly recommend this company as responsible and professional.
