I cannot say enough good things about Miami's Best Realty! We have been using them for all our rental properties and new purchases for the past 8+ years. When we first met John, he helped us get the most reliable & cleanly renters. (I'm a bit OCD ;)) The next property we used MBR for - was a rental property for purchase, and it was cash flow positive on day one! Since then, we have either purchased or rented every one of our properties through Miami's Best Realty! When it's time for turnover at any of our properties, John has recommended wonderful vendors if we need any work done to get our place perfect for our new tenants.Five years ago, when we wanted to move here from New York, and couldn't make it to a drawing for a new development, one of his agents went for us on our behalf and entered into a lottery on a new KB home for build - and we won and are now full time here in Miami!Last week, we had one of is newest agents, Emily, show us some properties, she was fantastic! We love MBR, and will continue to use them for all our real estate needs.Highly Highly recommend MBR!!! I'd give them more stars if I could!!!
