Lexsa Property Management

In October of 2023 we had the privilege to hire Lexsa Property Management as our new management company. When they came in we were in dismay and our previous management company was completely unresponsive. Despite inheriting a difficult situation and having a hard time obtaining past records from previous management, they saw it as a challenge to continue proving how effective they can be. Day in and day out they sorted through it all and held many meetings with our board until they got everything in order. It was clearly more than professionalism and doing their job, but also a determination to make sure that we become a Class A building. With their diligent research and prompt correspondence we were also able to make dramatic improvements in the appearance of our building, the maintenance and operations, and also improved the confidence of our unit owners. Last, we have gone through many management companies in a few years and it was only Lexsa that had the personal touch, devotion, and care to make sure that we were indeed looked after. As director of the board for Colony Bay we are extremely happy to have hired Lexsa Property Management as our new management. The way this management company has cleaned the mess left by our previous management it is unbelievable.
