Who are we? EIMC was started 39 years ago by Renan Delgado as a small family based business, and has grown into what is today, a leading property management company based out of Hialeah, Florida in the highly competitive Southeast US Market. Today, EIMC is under the leadership of Antonio Delgado and owns and manages a total of 22 communities that totals one hundred and fifty million dollars in assets. We stretch from Hialeah, Florida to Wilmington, North Carolina. What do we do? First and foremost, our first priority is for the people that have chosen one our communities to call home. Historically the cost of a home, rather renting or buying cost a total 50% of the household income. We want to ensure our residents have a quality home and experience when they live in one our apartment homes and still be competitively affordable. We approach this with basic steps that guarantee profitability. First the Senior Staff develops a comprehensive plan for maintaining the asset. This includes a monthly budget, capital improvement program, preventative maintenance program, advanced marketing, and training through education. We then empower our onsite Property Managers and staff with the tools to effectively maintain their properties and take ownership. Secondly, we track our results constantly to maintain focus, address daily challenges, and reach financial goals.
