We were very happy with our buying experience with Anibal. He negotiated on our behalf as fiercely as if he was doing it for himself. He is a master negotiator. We wanted to make a low offer on a house that had been on the market for a while, any other realtor would have been sheepish and only ask for a tiny percent under but with Anibal we went hard and managed to get a great price on a property we loved. Along the entire process, Anibal was on top of everything and he was very attentive. I always recommend everyone to get competing offers on inspectors and all the services involved in buying a house but Anibal's recs were also as good as any. I can't give a higher recommendation than saying that we will definitely be using Anibal again when we are ready to sell our home and recommend him to our friends as well.
