O.m.g. Dr. Palmieri and his assistant are so incredible. Knowing my Nico had severe anxiety they took the time to establish trust enough not to cause stress. They were on their hands and knees and interacting with Nico with care and love. I felt at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly and Nico was his usual self afterwards. Thank you both. Hoping to see you again.

I called BetterVet to help me with a stray cat that had taken up residence at my home. He was an outside cat, shy, and nervous around other people. I was concerned that they would be able to handle Bobby (the cat) because of his nervousness. But Dr. Palmeri and his assistant did a great job of handling Bobby and calming him right down. He was a little stressed at the beginning, but seemed to calm down and allowed them to check him out and administer all his needed shots. Bobby seems to be in good shape now and BetterVet definitely has a new client. I plan to use them for all of Bobbys future medical care. I HIGHLY recommend this service.
