Came here for years to renew my work authorization permit. I went to another immigration agency to renew my work authorization card and I found out this agency has been filing my paperwork with the wrong date of birth! So not only do they not respect their appointment times, they file their client's important documents incorrectly! - I came here for years to renew my work authorization permit. Marta and Patricia are extremely unprofessional. Unwilling to communicate with each other to ensure a quality customer experience. Does not value appointment time and will have you waiting two hours for a procedure that takes 10-15 minutes. Furthermore, based on my own personal experience, Marta is extremely rude and aggressive when Ive asked her questions on the phone. If you value your time and professionalism, I recommend going somewhere. I am not the kind of person to go out of my way to leave bad reviews. However, after todays experience, its safe to say I will never be stepping foot into their agency again.

Where can I start so much to say of course all good I started my company in 2017 very confused and ignorant about what it takes to open a new company she was very helpful and helped me fix all the mistakes I had done on my own and has guided me. She goes beyond what she has to do to help me/family every time from my business stuff to personal taxes. When things are due or Im out of the country she is super awesome and helps me tons like no other accountant does beyond her job. What I love most about Patty the most is she doesnt take advantage of people and specially immigrants! (Which is very common in that area) Just dont come last minute since she is great she is always busy and full of work! Make sure you call to make an appointment.

Honestly, I came in a a few minutes ahead of time, which I regretted, and they still made me wait. The lady who was going to attend me seemed as if she was going to do other tasks. I walked out to obtain a document that I left in the car and she seemed upset upon my return. She also didnt know why I was there when I specifically said that Im here to do my taxes immediately after I walked in. I had my W2 on hand and she had the audacity to say are you here for immigration. I was a bit aggravated by then and proceeded to say does it look like Im here for immigration issues. She later yelled at me and said I was ignorant. How am I ignorant if I came in the facility to say Im here to do my taxes. I also had my W2 on hand. She finally said I wasnt doing her the favor by doing my taxes there. Technically, she is right. All I wanted was to do my taxes and be on my way.. therefore, this was a transaction not a favor in neither end. I dont understand her attitude. Im sad to say that the service they provided was poor. I immediately left after she said that. Im not going to argue. Its childish. **I was supposed to do my taxes a week ago; however, the person who took my information for the appointment wrote the date wrong, so I was forced to reschedule** Horrible experience and a waste of time.

I love this place because they are cool people with money and Taxes they know a lot about money with Taxes and taxpayers pay their bills for Taxes on Taxpayer. ...The world is Money the world is Life and Fun, but when you are nothing like everybody else, the world is full of Everything is your Fault, " you mean my Fault  ?'
