        I had some savings bonds I needed to cash and since I have a broken ankle and its hard to get out, I called ahead to make sure I could cash them there. I was told it wouldnt be a problem, but once I arrived they told me they were no longer cashing them for customers without a TD Bank account. I agreed to open an account with them, and then was told I had to wait 12 months until I could cash them! The tellers were sympathetic, but TD Banks ridiculous policies left them unable to help me. I went across the street and that bank cashed them without any problem, even though I do not have an account with them.

        I lived in New York. I Never been in Florida but they(Indian harbor beach branch) opened/added on business account my name/information. Careful with you guys and good luck.
