I just purchased a new TLX and worked with Andrew. He is extremely professional and easy to work with. I also appreciate that he drove the car to my home and we finished the deal there - super convenient! Even after the sale, hes been readily available and responsive to answer any questions that I have. Any car purchase that I have going forward, Ill make sure to deal directly with Andrew. Updated Review since the last Service Department visited two years ago! As of this post, new Service Managers Steve Soto and Craig Scott have changed the culture in the Service Department since my last visit two years ago. Service Prices went down tremendously; no more overpriced Services than other Competitors (e.g., Honda and Acura Dealerships) within a 60 miles radius. Most importantly, no more pushy Service Advisors telling you lies to get your Vehicle in the Shop to be charged outrageous Service Prices. I had an Oil Change scheduled and my Battery replaced on my Acura MDX 2018. Service Department and was provided a detailed Recommendation Service Analysis on whats going on with my Vehicle. The service was fast, and my Vehicle was washed and looked great. This place has an automatic coffee machine that is out of this world as wellwell done!
