Greenway Nissan of Jacksonville Parts

I had an appointment to test drive a specific car for two days. The appointment day and time was confirmed by email. I went there at my scheduled appointment time, which was at 7:00PM, in the rain, just to be told the car wasnt at the lot and was located somewhere else. I was asked to do paperwork on the car and come back and test drive it the next day. I didnt do any paperwork because it was going to be a cash transaction, but I did go back to test drive the car. Well, guess what? They didnt even have the car at all!! It had been sold days/weeks before. Instead the manager tried to sell me something else. Bait and switch! Worst Nissan experience ever!!!

After you buy a brand new vehicle from greenway they forget about you. Service dept is the worst Scott should be leading people he is not qualified his team of techs tell him what they are going to do and not so. Do not go to greenway Nissan they do not respect customers

Overall Sarah is Great with her service, shes also very helpful with making the right choices, I feel very much comfortable at this location long as Sarahs there.and everyone else is great and very understanding and hopes the best for you

Sarah was amazing. She was completely transparent and walked us through every step of purchasing our new car. She gave us a fantastic trade in offer and worked quickly but very efficiently to get us on our car as soon as possible for the lowest price. I never felt taken advantage of, if anything i felt like we played a part in every step taken. We were given amazing rebates that no other dealership offered. I would recommend Sarah to absolutely anyone who is looking for a new car. Thank you so much for everything Sarah.
