I just received a quote for $310 for front bumper clips to be repaired upon going into the location my$310 quote went to $1438.41 in a matter of seconds this my friends is FRAUD and misleading the customer BE AWARE

They gave an outlandish price for minimal damage repairs, so when I told them I would just take it somewhere else, they said they "couldn't" reinstall anything they took off during the assessment and that the vehicle wasn't drivable. So, I DROVE the car home and I (a non-mechanic) was able to install everything with minimal time, effort, and tools. Conclusion, these people hate doing their jobs so much that they would lie OR are so bad at it, they cannot even install an AIR FILTER (that they, themselves, took out). Either way, why would anyone bring their car here?

We were told to use this location by Geico. I know, I really shouldnt have to say much more. They are definitely on the side of the insurance company NOT the customer. It started out that we went inside to check in and start the process. While we waited we saw and heard several customers come in regarding repairs that were not completed properly. The staff at this location immediately goes into defensive mode as it seems is their normal practice. They argue and talk down to every customer we saw. My wife and I looked at each other as we already had a bad feeling. The staff then talks badly about each of these customers, in front of us, after the customer leaves. We started discussing whether or not we wanted to use them because so much seemed shady about them already. Yes we should have turned and ran. We didnt. We wanted a fast easy process with the insurance company. It was an accident that we were not at fault so figured we wouldnt get pushed around too much. Boy were we wrong. When I asked about repairs after giving them a couple of days to estimate and look things over, once again, they became very defensive. I asked about how they intended to fix/paint the bumper and it didnt sound right to me. I questioned how it would look etc. I asked if they would look into replacement and cost and get back to me. It was closing time and the manager stated he would do that the next day and get with me. The next day I get a call from Geico manager stating that the body shop refuses to do the repairs because he doesnt feel comfortable. Once again, very shady. So I had to find another place on my own to do it and have the car towed over there. I would NOT ever recommend this place. Something definitely going on there. So many issues with other customers just the short time we were in there along with them badmouthing those customers to other customers as Im sure they did to us as well. Then not wanting any questions about their repairs sounds very fishy to me. Then refusing to do the work Good Luck to you if you use them!!! Services: Painting, Body & Trim
