I had a chat with their executive Chelsi and it was just terrible. Its incredibly difficult for them to even send a link over email just forget about them taking care of repairs and updating you with the progress. Extremely unprofessional to be in customer facing roles.

I had my rear bumper replaced.
The repair came out beautiful and the entire process was painless.
Shoutout to Mr. Lloyd, who made sure my vehicle was taken care of and repaired correctly.

I fully appreciate the utmost professionalism Fields Collision Center provides. Tabatha gave me ongoing updates as my 2023 Volkswagen went through the stages of repair after being hit. I had been referred to their shop by my brother who had previously brought his Porsche 944 that he was restoring, so they could fix some of the bits he couldnt and he also brought his Mercedes for minor issues. He stated the shop only uses factory parts which Tabatha confirmed. I would highly recommend this knowledgeable and experienced business.

I am shocked at all of these high reviews. We have been through 8 months of a nightmare with Fields. Our Cayenne was hit in September. Now part of the blame can be placed on State Farm. And I have had a good experience with Tabitha as our consultant.. the only reason there is even one star... but it took 8 months to get the car out. Then at the end they called to say the battery was dead (duh, it sat there without being run for months). We had it towed to our normal shop who placed the battery last year so it could be replaced under warranty, only to find out that when they couldn't get the car to crank, they went in and swapped out our battery so we can't even replace it under warranty. A "manager" called to tell me "he doesn't know how that would happen, but it wasn't them". Because I'm sure someone else randomly decided to remove the back seat and replace the battery.
Now with a new battery from WONDERFUL Mack Motorwerks - highly recommend...got it on the road and the left blinker won't work and we found the diesel emblem sitting on the front seat. So back to Fields it goes for them to finish the job.

Fields collision did a great job repairing my car. Perfect repair, I couldn't tell it was in an accident.
Melissa Cake was my Collision Consultant. She was very professional, knowledgeable, engaging, and communicated with me in a timely manner. She was Awesome!
