        I witnessed Mike Carter be very rude to one of his employees on a number of occasions, belittling him in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable. Another employee had to apologize for him. I will not be taking my vehicles there any more if I can help it. Sad, because we have been loyal customers of Ortega RPM, but it is no longer the same place. Service: Auto tire replacement

        Recently, when I was visiting my daughter in Jax, one of the tires on my car became flat due to a nail puncture. Thankfully, the car was in my daughters driveway. AAA came and towed the car to RPM(recommended by AAA) Joseph, who was working behind the counter was very helpful in getting the car back on the road again. I felt the service from this shop was understanding of my situation(I live 100 miles from Jax), fair in price and quality of the new tire I ended up having to purchase. I would highly recommend RPM in Jax on Roosevelt Blvd. Barbara Cumberland
