Absolutely horrible experience! Toya was extremely rude when I expressed my concern of her practices. Immediately, it was an unweary feeling to walk up to a door that says ring the doorbell to enter and then there is no doorbell. Then after knocking on the glass, she finally answered the door about a mask ( mind you the mask mandate was lifted earlier this week so clearly shes not an informed or due diligent business owner) after attempting to at least gaze my eyes on her products to see if it was worth my patronage, she asked me what are u looking for.. I told her I just wanted to take a slight glance at her inventory as I already felt pressured and uncomfortable.. after I told her Im just looking, she responded with a harsh What did u say?? Instead of responding with the same energy she gave me, I turned around and proceeded to walk out. Instead of letting me leave peacefully, she proceeded to be even more provoking by saying .. yeaaaa I think that would be best for YOU! As if staying there would put me in some type of harms way smh If you would like a peaceful and full filling shopping experience, this would be the LAST place I would want to go. Its unfortunate to witness black businesses conduct behavior in this manner.. as an investor , it totally makes you want to spend your dollars somewhere else. Toya, please work on your professionalism and social skills! I can refer you to a great therapist if your open to healing and evolving

Quality Boutique with a but. Second time going, first time lady had to pick up her kids so I advised no problem and I would return, which I did the next day. My rating is divided if based on quality of clothes and accessories I would give a 5 for wonderful quality outfits. It's like your go to for african attire as well. Great place if need something for work or church or dinner party. A bit pricey but nice. My reason of a divided rating is when I first went into she said "oh when are you expecting"...mind you I had my last child 2 years ago so that made it edgy from the jump. Dont say a woman pregnant when a woman ain't. Lady was a bit aggravating while trying to browse around, maybe reduce the questions a bit to allow shopper to shop and if questions come it will be asked. She even asked my husband did he go to college....long story short. I will be back but dont need all the comments and suggestions while I'm looking. She did give me a discount for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Some things aren't marked and she had to call someone to ask the price. My husband said he will go back with me but only if she not there. No hard feelings love the store just telling y experience.
