        Total trash! See the thing isnt Citi Trends. The thing is FAITH, the black chic at the front who told me I couldnt return bed sheets with the receipt in my hand nor exchange them because her manager not around. This is the only Ghetto retail franchise in Jacksonville. So much theft in the city that the employees dont get access to their own thoughts. Do not shop here. Best service is the one on Fort Caroline south Jacksonville. I cant stand rude service & people who treat others in a rude way end up jobless and on government assistance not because you need assistance but because your mouth cant close long enough to hear the TRUTH then you end up looking 65 at 30 years old. Your own kind makes it hard for tax paying loyal citizens. You trolls ought be ashamed just gossiping and window shopping on the clock while making $11 a hour. Sad True Story

        I love this store on. 103rd they made me feel welcome they were all super friendly and they were working and actually had smiles on there faces great workers store smells good and it was clean and prices are to die for lol
