I had no idea what to expect when I reached out to Jamie and Ginger for help with the hoard in my father's home. Jamie was a great source of information and set super clear expectations of what to expect. On the 1st day of the clean, my dad and I were both nervous about how it would go but the team surpassed our expectations. The process was especially hard for my dad but Ginger (+ the whole team!) were amazing at working through each step with us - always showing my dad compassion and respect. The Bio-One Duval team went above and beyond to clear out decades of hoarding, leaving my dad to enjoy a 1000% cleaner home. I'd highly recommend their services to anyone in need of them.

I would highly recommend Bio-One Duval County. I had a house full of 37 years worth of hoarded items. They cleaned it completely out. I can now walk freely around my house. Ginger and Jamie were so helpful and would call and ask if they had a question about keeping or getting rid of certain items and they kept items that I requested them to keep.
