Caution: Early Red Flags with The Law Place of Jacksonville I recently attempted to contact The Law Place of Jacksonville to discuss my personal injury case resulting from a not-at-fault auto accident that occurred on 03/01. Unfortunately, my experience with their receptionist was extremely disappointing and concerning. Upon calling the firm, I encountered significant issues with communication and professionalism from the receptionist. Initially, the receptionist claimed difficulty hearing me and rudely advised me to hang up and call back. However, when I followed this advice, I was directed to a voicemail box that was inexplicably full, rendering it impossible for me to leave a message. Despite repeated attempts to reach someone by calling back, I consistently encountered the same problem of being directed to the full voicemail box. This lack of responsiveness and accessibility is particularly troubling, especially during the critical initial vetting period when individuals are seeking reputable legal representation for their cases. In an effort to resolve this issue, I resorted to searching for alternative contact information for the firm via Google. However, even the alternative number provided yielded no success, as it also led to an unanswered call and a full voicemail box. Given the importance of effective communication and professionalism when seeking legal representation, I cannot overlook the concerning behavior exhibited by The Law Place of Jacksonville's receptionist. As a result, I strongly caution others against considering this firm for their legal needs. Save yourself the headache in dealing with the very rude, unprofessional receptionist who apparently can't even check voicemails. Instead, opt for reputable firms like Morgan & Morgan or Farrah & Farrah, where responsiveness and professionalism are valued priorities.

we pay this lawyer over 2 years full price to get my son last name from a birth certificate from a child tha is not him and this lawyer have done nothing we left multiple messages and never return a call or answer our call we go there and door is locked he definitely a rip off and a lier stiole our money im going to the court for this i want the money back u will not continue ripping people off

I am very happy with the way my lawyer Anthony Penoso is handling my case. We had a very good hearing on Thursday and I am looking forward to end result. I know he will continue fighting for me and my girls.

Hired this attorney over a year ago to do a quick adoption, we are still waiting. He doesn't give updates on the case, and Heaven forbid you have to call the office for anything, because he always seems to be lost and never seems to know what is going on. We paid this man $11,000 cash and so far we are no closer to adopting our child than we were almost 2 yrs ago. I've done all the work for him up till now with getting documents and info on birth family, getting papers signed to terminate legal rights.. All he needed to do was file and represent our family. Not happy at this point and do not recommend!!!
